What we collect

• Order details: your name, email address, shipping address, and what you ordered.
• Correspondence: anything you send us by email.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Card details are entered on Stripe's own secure checkout page. We never receive or store your card number, and card data does not pass through this website. Stripe's handling of that data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

How we use it

• To take, fulfil, and ship your order, and to send order and tracking updates.
• To answer your questions and handle refunds under the 60-day guarantee.
• We send marketing email only if you ask us to, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with the services required to complete your order — our payment processor and our shipping carrier.

Keeping and removing your data

We keep order records as long as needed to support the guarantee period and to meet tax and accounting obligations. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it removed where we are not required to keep it, email hair@silkmebykarolina.com.
